From seed to bottle — nothing added.
Refined oil passes through six or seven chemical stages before it reaches a shelf. Ours stops at filtration.

Source
Bold yellow mustard from farms in the Braj belt around Agra, hand-cleaned and sun-dried before it reaches the mill.

Press
A slow-turning wooden kolhu crushes the seed without generating heat. Under 40°C, so omega-3 and aroma survive intact.

Bottle
The oil rests, passes through cloth filtration, and is sealed the same week. No solvent, no caustic wash, no deodouriser.
